An aesthetic nurse has apologized for a viral video in which she suggested “Stranger Things” star Natalia Dyer needed facial cosmetic work.

“I just wanted to come on here and basically clear the air,” Miranda, the “certified aesthetic nurse practitioner injector” who was under fire for her comments, said in a different TikTok Monday.

“I did not mean to offend anyone, including Natalia,” she claimed, insisting that the 27-year-old actress’ “photo was simply an example.”

“Im sorry if peole [sic] took that as being mean or rude, that was not my intent at all.”

Miranda explained she was “simply offering suggestions — not on what you have to do — just on what the possibilities are.”

Furthermore, she claimed her job as “an advanced injector” is to “look at faces,” “assess” them and determined “the possibilities” of changes that can be made.

But as many critics argued, “NATALIA. DIDN’T. ASK!!”

“OMG Natalia’s face is PERFECTION as it is,” read one of the more popular Twitter responses. “All of the things she wanted to ‘fix’ a.k.a ruin are what gives her face character. PLEASE NATALIA DON’T LISTEN TO THEM YOU’RE SO SO SO PRETTY.”

Another dissenter shared, “I cant imagine looking at a beautiful face like that and thinking ‘how can I make that more generic,'” while someone else posted the original video and noted, “i could never be a celebrity because if someone made a video like this about me i would get violent.”

In her original TikTok, Miranda posted a close-up photo of Dyer and told her followers she’d “start by treating those masseters” — which are the muscles primarily responsible for the elevation and protraction of the mandibles — “to help slim the face.”

The injector would then add “a little bit of chin filler” to give the actress a more heart-shaped face before injecting “just a little bit” more to her lips to give her “a nice pout.”

“And then we’d get in there and do a little bit of Botox,” Miranda added, which she’d use to give Dyer “a nice brow lift to help open up her eyes.”

“To top it off,” she’d give the actress some Sculptra — a specific type of filler designed to help stimulate collagen growth — because Dyer “does seem to have more thin skin.”

At the end of her video, Miranda shared a digitally enhanced version of what the Netflix star’s face would look like in her care, which one social media user felt made the brunette beauty look like “a f–king egg.”

As part of her apology, Miranda made sure to gush over Dyer, saying she is “absolutely stunning the way she is.”

“That’s why she’s so successful,” she added, making no mention of the actress’ talent or work ethic.
